Police has got a big success in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Police have revealed irregularities and objectionable activities by raiding various spa centers in the city. More than 60 boys and girls have been detained in this action.
Irregularities and objectionable material recovered in spa centers
Several teams of Bhopal Crime Branch simultaneously raided spa centers located in different areas of the city.
- Caught in objectionable condition:
During the raid, many boys and girls were found in objectionable positions, who were immediately detained. - Recovered Materials:
- Liquor bottles.
- Sex tablet.
It has been revealed that sex racket is being run in the name of massage in these spa centres.
Details of raids in main areas
- Kamla Nagar police station area:
6 boys and girls were caught. - Bagsevania Spa Centre:
22 girls and 18 boys in custody. - MP Nagar Spa Centre:
3 girls and 5 boys were caught. - Other Spa Centres:
4 girls and 4 boys were arrested.
Major action taken by more than 200 policemen
Bhopal Police deployed a large number of forces during the raid.
- More than 200 policemen were involved in the action.
- Special teams of Crime Branch also participated in this operation.
- Some spa centers were found closed, further action will be taken regarding them.
Exploitation of girls from outside states
During preliminary investigation, the police found that many of the girls working in these spa centers were from outside states.
- The work was being done by luring.
- They were forced into this illegal business with the promise of huge earnings.

Bhopal Crime Branch DCP Shailendra Singh Chauhan said:
“It was a surprise raid. Many boys and girls are being detained and interrogated. This campaign continued till late night.”
He further said that during the raid, some spa centers immediately closed their operations and tried to flee. Action will also be taken against such spa centers.
