The special thing is that users can also recharge with plans that offer free subscription to more than 22 OTT services for less than Rs 200.
Airtel users get the option to subscribe to multiple OTT services and watch content in a single app with Airtel Extreme Play. However, for this, premium subscription of Extreme Play will have to be taken. The special thing is that this premium subscription is available free with selected prepaid plans and the price of these plans starts from less than Rs 200.
Airtel's cheapest plan in which you will get free OTT service
If you are an Airtel customer and want to avail the benefit of free OTT with extra data, then you will have to recharge only with the Rs 181 plan. This plan comes with a validity of 30 days and the benefit of 15GB extra data is being given in it. Being a data-only plan, it does not provide any benefits like calling or SMS.
As an added benefit, the plan comes with Airtel Xstream Play Premium subscription for full 30 days. Along with this, you get the benefit of more than 22 OTT services and their content can be accessed. The list of OTT services includes SonyLIV, Lionsgate Play, Aha, Chaupal, Hoichoi and SunNxt etc.
Option to recharge with this plan
Users can also recharge with the Rs 149 plan as it also offers access to over 22 OTT services along with Airtel Extreme Play subscription. However, this plan is offering only 1GB extra data and its validity is the same as the existing active plan. However, OTT benefits are available only for 30 days like the previous plan.
