PM Modi made a post on the social media platform 'X' and said that registration is taking place from all parts of the country. More than 5 lakh registrations have taken place in Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh.
The Prime Minister also asked those who have not yet done so to get such registration done as soon as possible. This initiative promises a significant reduction in electricity costs for households while ensuring energy production.
