Gopalganj, July 13 (HS). When land dispute cases are not resolved, they often become a challenge for the administration. Especially, complaints keep coming about such cases not being resolved at the police station level. Applicants are turned away by saying that it is a matter related to the CO office.
In such cases, now the applicants will have to register online on the portal through the police station itself. For this, Bhu Samadhan portal has been created. All types of land dispute cases will be resolved through the portal. Regarding which, on the instructions of the District Magistrate, a review meeting regarding Bhu Samadhan portal was held in the Collectorate office room under the chairmanship of Additional Collector. In which the officials present were instructed to get the land dispute related complaints resolved at their level immediately.
It was told in the meeting that manual applications have also been entered on this portal. An initiative has been taken to load the applicants on the portal. The provision for online registration will be at the police station level. Under this, arrangements have been made at the police station. Technical training has been given to the personnel for this.
The applications have to be uploaded on the portal under any circumstances. Officials from police station level to state level have been given responsibility to resolve the cases. The case will be reviewed at the state level after every 20 days. The account-khesra of the complaint letter registered on the portal will be matched with the revenue records. It should be checked at the level of the circle officer. The CO will forward the account-khesra of the concerned land after checking it with the revenue records. After this, the case will be settled by hearing at the level of Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Public Grievance Redressal, District Officer, Superintendent of Police.
