Begusarai, March 02 (HS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various schemes worth Rs 1 lakh 62 thousand crore in Begusarai, Bihar. In this program organized at Ulav Airport, Bihar Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri, Giriraj Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, Samrat Chaudhary and MP Prof. Rakesh Sinha was also present.
Addressing the program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the double engine government of NDA in Bihar is doing rapid development work. Familism and social justice are opposed to each other. Bihar has suffered the brunt of nepotism for a long time. This is the same Bihar which has a rich legacy of Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur. This rich legacy is moving forward under the leadership of Nitish Kumar.
Starting his address by paying obeisance to the deities present in Mata Jaimangala and Naulakha temple, the Prime Minister said that he has come to Begusarai with the resolve of a developed Bihar for a developed India. This land of Begusarai is the land of talented youth. This land has always strengthened both farmers and laborers. The old glory of this land is returning again.
Today, the inauguration and foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 1 lakh 62 thousand crore for the entire country including Bihar was inaugurated from here. Earlier such programs used to be held in Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi, but Modi brought it to Begusarai in Delhi. Such a huge investment in a single program shows that India's potential is increasing. This will provide employment and job opportunities to the youth here. This project will pave the way for India to become the third economic superpower of the world.
These projects will pave the way for convenience and prosperity. A new train has been started. The country, child after child and village after village are saying that this time the NDA government will cross 400. Got an opportunity to serve the country in 2014. India has been strong due to the prosperity of Bihar. If Bihar develops, the country will also develop. The machines in the country's fertilizer factories were rotting, now the urea coming out of all the factories is a symbol of India's self-reliance.
Modi's guarantee means guarantee of fulfillment of the guarantee. The capacity of the refinery is being expanded, this refinery will give energy to the industrial development in Bihar. In the last ten years, Bihar has got petroleum and natural gas projects worth more than Rs. 65 thousand crores. The network of gas pipelines is reaching every corner. It is becoming easier to set up industry. KG Basin started from here will handle imports from abroad.
He said that Bihar has experienced a lot what the government does when it is stuck in the vote bank. The condition of roads, railways, electricity and water was worse. The whole of Bihar knows how railway resources were looted before 2014. Today there is talk of modernization of Indian Railways all over the world. Stations are becoming like airports, Bihar is developing. We will continue to work together to make Bihar developed.
People of RJD and Congress use Dalit backward people as their shield to justify nepotism and corruption. This is a betrayal of the society, why only one family was empowered and the rest were left behind. Their land was taken over from the youth in the name of jobs. True social justice does not come from appeasement, but from satisfaction. We are providing free ration, house, tap, toilet, free treatment, respect to farmers to all and this is true social justice.
Dalits and backward classes have received this guarantee from Modi in ten years. Women power has gained strength. Have made one crore sisters millionaires. In which there are lakhs of sisters from Bihar also. We guarantee to make three crore sisters millionaires. PM Suraj Ghar Free Electricity Scheme has been started, it will be very beneficial. Bihar will continue to develop with double efforts of double engine, today we are celebrating development.

It is no small thing that the Prime Minister has come here. I am confident that they will continue to come here in future also. NDA will win a large number of seats in the upcoming elections. We will win the elections on more than 400 seats. We were here and there in the middle, now we will not go here and there. Will remain in NDA permanently.
