The government's decision will directly benefit more than 1,10,00 LIC employees and 30,000 pensioners. After increasing the salary of bank employees, now the government has given good news to LIC employees. The increase in salary of LIC employees will be effective from August 1, 2022. Increase in salary of LIC employees will cost Rs 4000 crore annually. Due to increase in salary, the salary of LIC employees will increase to Rs 29000 crore.
