Varanasi, 10 September (HS). 68 days of the 75-day stay program organized to commemorate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi were completed on Tuesday. On the 68th day, Varanasi City South MLA Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari stayed in the Maa Bageshwari Devi ward of the assembly constituency. During the stay, he visited the entire area and learned about the small problems of the people and directed the officials present there to solve them.
The MLA also launched a cleanliness drive during his visit. Along with this, he directed the municipal officials to keep the entire area free of garbage and debris by removing the heaps of garbage lying at many places. During his ward visit, he discussed various topics with the people by organizing a Janchaupal as per the scheduled program and took guidance from senior citizens. Apart from this, the MLA got people enrolled as party members under the BJP membership drive. During this, officials of the Municipal Corporation, Jalkal, BJP Mandal President Sandeep Chaurasia, Mandal in-charge Satish Chandra Dubey, General Secretary Abhay Yadav, Tarkeshwar Gupta, etc. were also present.
