MLA Mohan Lal started development work in border area Pargwal.

Akhnoor, 14 November (Hindustan Reporter). Akhnoor MLA Mohan Lal on Thursday inaugurated several tar laying projects in Pargwal area aimed at strengthening road connectivity in the border area and promoting infrastructure development in the area. These projects, undertaken at a cost of approximately Rs 50 lakh, aim to improve the standard of living of the residents of the area.

While completing the long pending works, MLA Mohan Lal on Thursday inaugurated Rangpur road from Bhalwal Mulu to Pindi at a cost of Rs 21 lakh, link road from Dhanpur to Deora in Pargwal at a cost of Rs 9 lakh, link road No. 1 at a cost of Rs 11.32 lakh. Started the work of laying tar from the main road from Hamirpur Kona and Gurha Merah to Gurha Manhasa Mohalla High School at a cost of Rs 5.59 lakh.

DDC Jammu Vice President Suraj Singh, Divisional President Bhupinder Singh, former BDC Nisha Devi and many prominent local leaders like Kuldeep Singh, Ram Swaroop Sharma, Mohan Lal, Uttam Singh, Pawan Singh, Gaurav Singh and Kali Singh were present in the inauguration ceremony.

Addressing the public, MLA Mohan Lal stressed the need for infrastructure development for the border areas. He assured the residents that the government is committed to ensuring better road connectivity and overall development in Pargwal. He said that special attention will be given to the needs of this border area and we will work diligently to improve the road infrastructure and ensure that quality is maintained in all tar laying projects.

He encouraged officials to follow the highest standards in construction and maintenance to ensure the quality and long-term sustainability of the new roads. He said that we will leave no stone unturned in our efforts to provide the best facilities to the people of Pargwal. I promise that each project will be completed with accuracy and honesty so that the community can get real benefits.

Emphasizing on the importance of strong infrastructure, he said that these roads are not just routes, they are lifelines for our communities that connect families, markets, schools and workplaces. The investment we are making in infrastructure today is an investment in the bright future of Pargwal.
