Lucknow, June 16 (HS). The newly elected MLA of the eastern assembly of the capital Lucknow, O.P. Shrivastava, on Sunday visited the Azad Market located in front of H.A.L. in Maithilisharan Ward to inspect it. He visited all the small and big shops here and asked about the problems of the traders.
The MLA also enquired about the well being of shops like Shanti Medical Store, Lari General Store and the mechanics who repair vehicles. He also thanked them for voting in the elections. The traders told him about the problems like beautification of the main gate and park, laying of interlocking inside the market, on which MLA O.P. Shrivastava assured to solve the problems soon.
Local residents also demanded to build a parking lot here. During this time Maithilisharan Ward Councilor Ashok Upadhyay was also with them. BJP leaders Sandeep Pathak, Shashank Shekhar Goldy, Devesh Upadhyay, Shantanu Dutta and many other workers were also present.
Met the complainants, assured solution
After inspecting Azad Market, MLA O.P. Shrivastava heard the complaints of the residents of the assembly constituency at his private residence C-249 Indiranagar and assured to resolve them. Shaktinagar Jan Kalyan Samiti President B.K. Rai, former president G.S. Verma also gave a letter of problems of their area.
