The age for driving in India has been fixed at 18 years, which means minors cannot drive. However, it has been seen many times that people give scooty to their small children and some people even let them drive a car. may face three years in jail

Actually, different rules have been made for this in different states of India. In Uttar Pradesh, if a minor is allowed to drive a car, then the person doing so can be jailed for up to three years. The UP government has imposed a complete ban on driving by minors. For doing this, apart from jail, there is also a provision of a fine of Rs 25,000.

parents will be responsible

This order has been issued recently. It is clearly written in this that if any parent gives his minor son or daughter to drive a bike or car, then he himself will be responsible for it. There is a provision for punishment for the owner of the vehicle or the father of the minor caught. It has been told that the license of the vehicle which is caught will also be cancelled.

License will not be issued

A minor caught driving will not be able to get a license after completing 18 years of age. Such a boy or girl will not be given a license for 25 years. The State Child Protection Commission had recommended this, after which this strict rule is being implemented. It has been told that this step has been taken in view of the increasing cases of accidents.
