A shocking incident came to light on Sunday night in Sangam Vihar area of Delhi, where a minor rivalry took a dangerous form. In this dispute, first a young man named Nasir was shot, and after this the mob beat the accused Rahul and Suhail to death. After the incident, all three injured were admitted to the hospital. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
How did the bloody conflict happen?
According to Delhi Police, at around 8:30 pm on Sunday night, a person named Asif Khan informed about the firing on phone at Sangam Vihar Police Station. Asif told that he was present at the house of his relative Nasir (22) when someone shot Nasir in the neck. Injured Nasir was immediately admitted to Batra Hospital.
The incident happened due to rivalry
Giving information about the incident, the father of injured Nasir said that the attackers on his son were Rahul (son Giani) and Suhail (son Shahabuddin). According to him, the attack was the result of an old rivalry which started over a trivial matter. When Rahul and Suhail were trying to run away after the shooting, people from the neighborhood caught them and beat them severely.
The attackers became victims of the mob’s anger.
After beating the attackers, the local people informed the police. Badly injured Rahul and Suhail have also been admitted to the hospital. The condition of both is said to be serious. According to police sources, several criminal cases are already registered against Rahul and Suhail.
