Minister Rakesh Singh

Jabalpur, July 12 (HS). Madhya Pradesh government's Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh said that after 62 years, the country has accepted a Prime Minister by giving him the mandate for the third consecutive term. We have won 29 out of 29 seats in MP due to the poor welfare, good governance and public welfare schemes done by the double engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the last ten years. Singh said that this time a record has been made by winning all 29 seats in MP in the Lok Sabha elections. The party will try to maintain this record forever in every election. In the assembly elections, the party had won 163 seats due to the development works of the double engine government. Be it assembly elections or Lok Sabha elections, we were confident that due to the public welfare schemes of the Center and the state, we will get a huge victory in the elections and this is what happened. Madhya Pradesh has now become a stronghold of BJP. Minister Rakesh Singh was addressing a press conference at the Bharatiya Janata Party divisional office Ranital.

Singh said that when our government was formed, 7 lakh hectares were irrigated. Today 47 lakh hectares are being irrigated. In the coming 2 years, it will increase from 47 lakh to 60 lakh hectares and in 5 years, irrigation water will reach one crore hectares. The government has worked very fast in this direction in the agriculture sector and the state has received the Krishi Karman Award six times in a row. The place which Punjab and Haryana used to get once, has started getting to Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, the government of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has set a target of providing irrigation water to one crore hectares in the coming 5 years.

Singh said that in the field of education and health in Madhya Pradesh, the number of medical colleges is constantly increasing. There are 14 medical colleges in the state and three will start from this session in Neemuch, Mandsaur and Seoni. 6 new medical colleges will start from next year. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's government has decided to invite private capital investors in the PPP model. In the coming time, these medical colleges will be attached to district hospitals at some places. He said that there are immense possibilities in the field of tourism in Madhya Pradesh. The state government has done many works to promote tourism. Tourism has increased manifold due to the formation of Mahakal Lok. Along with Ram Van Gaman Path, now Shri Krishna Gaman Path is being made.

Singh said that insulting constitutional institutions has become a regular practice of Congress. While opposing Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress has started feeling proud in insulting India and BJP. Keeping its responsibility in mind, Bharatiya Janata Party Madhya Pradesh is engaged in taking forward the resolution of developed India. Our idea is nation first and our inspiration is Antyodaya. Now, to make Madhya Pradesh self-reliant, we have to increase our efforts to empower our booth committee. The concept of Panna Pramukh has to be proved completely, because 'only the power of the organization system, decorates the picture of grandeur.
