The budget of the Madhya Pradesh government presented in the Assembly recently on July 03 is going to contribute to making the people of the state self-reliant as well as fulfilling the resolve of developed India by 2047. After 6 decades in the history of India, our government and Shri Narendra Modi ji were elected as the Prime Minister with a clear majority for the third consecutive term, underlining the global importance of a stable government. This election of 2024 has been an election of policy, intention, loyalty and trust in decisions. There are many states in the country where the BJP's vote percentage has also increased, the main reason for which has been the dedication and hard work of the BJP governments and workers. Compared to 2019, our vote percentage has improved in various states of the country in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The reason for which is the continuous migration and hard work of our workers on the ground. Creating history in Madhya Pradesh, BJP has won 29 out of 29 seats for the first time. No one can break this record now, they can only equal it. The party's vote percentage in Madhya Pradesh has been continuously increasing since 2014. The vote percentage in 2019 was 58.00, which has increased to 59.27 in the 2024 elections.

The budget of Madhya Pradesh government reflects efficient financial management

He said that the Prime Minister's goal is to make India a developed nation by the year 2047. Under the able leadership of our hardworking and combative Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the BJP government is trying to double the size of the annual budget of the state in the next 5 years. The first step in this regard is an increase of more than 16 percent in the budget of the year 2024-25 as compared to the budget of 2023-24 without imposing any new tax. Due to continuous efficient financial management and expansion of economic activities in the state, per capita income in the state is increasing continuously. In 2003-04, the per capita income was only Rs 13,465, which has now increased to almost 11 times. According to the report released in January-2024, 2 crore 30 lakh people of Madhya Pradesh have come out of poverty. Four crore Pradhan Mantri Awas have been built in the last 10 years. A target has been set to build 3 crore new houses in the third term, under which lakhs of houses will be built in Madhya Pradesh. This budget of Madhya Pradesh government reflects the efficient financial management of Dr. Mohan Yadav's government.

Committed to women empowerment and Scheduled Caste-Tribe welfare

The Minister of State said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, BJP is committed to women empowerment and welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The Prime Minister has given equal rights to women by bringing Nari Shakti Vandan Act. The BJP government's schemes like Lakhpati Didi, Drone Didi, Ujjwala Yojana, Matri Vandana Yojana, Sukanya Samriddhi and giving ownership rights in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have increased the confidence of women. Under the Ladli Laxmi Yojana in the state, 48 lakh 3 thousand girls are being benefited since the inception of the scheme. More than 3 times increase has been made in the last year's budget estimate of Rs 75 crore in the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana. To provide better education to the children of special backward tribal communities like Baiga, Bharia, Saharia, 22 new hostels are being started this year under PM Jan-Man Yojana. Kranti Surya Tantya Bhil University Khargone, Tatya Tope University Guna and Rani Avantibai Lodhi University Sagar have been established. Sant Ravidas Memorial is being established in Sagar. The statue of brave queen Durgavati has been installed in Mandla.

Congress is with Sanatan and anti-nationals

Minister Dilip Ahirwar said that while on one hand the Bharatiya Janata Party government has been continuously discharging its role with full transparency, authenticity and hard work with the blessings of the people, the Congress has become a subject of joke in democracy even as the opposition. This will also be the first time that there is a stampede in the Congress due to its policy-leadership and anti-Sanatan mentality. So far, the maximum number of Congressmen have left the Congress and joined the BJP. The indecent and illegal comments against women by the state Congress president, the irresponsible behavior of the Congress leadership pollute the political scenario. Even after the crushing defeat in the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, hooliganism and anarchy have become the identity of the Congress rather than self-introspection. Distorted language, factless allegations, insulting constitutional institutions have become the regular behavior of the Congress. While opposing Prime Minister Modi, the Congress has started feeling proud in opposing India and while opposing the BJP, it has started insulting Hindus. The Bharatiya Janata Party Madhya Pradesh is engaged in taking forward the resolution of a developed India while keeping its responsibility in mind. Our idea is nation first and our inspiration is Antyodaya. Now, in order to make Madhya Pradesh self-reliant, we have to increase our efforts to empower our booth committee. The concept of Panna Pramukh has to be fully realized because the power of the organisational system is what adorns the picture of grandeur.
