Ingredients for making millet flour muthia
- 2 cups millet flour
- 1 cup milk, sweetened
- 1 cup chopped fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup chopped eggplant
- some chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- Salt
- Turmeric
- chilli powder
- Coriander
- Asafoetida
- mole
- garlic paste
- Whole cumin seeds
- Fennel
- baking soda
- Sugar
- Oil
- Lemon juice
How to make Bajra Flour Dhokla or Muthia
- Add 1 cup milk, khamaneli, 1 cup chopped fenugreek, green chillies and mix. – Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, whole coriander, asafoetida, sesame seeds, garlic paste, whole cumin, fennel, baking soda, sugar, oil, lemon juice, 1 cup chopped onion, some chopped coriander and mix well. – Add water as required and knead the dough.
- – Now place the dhokla on the gas and apply oil on the dhokla plate. – Then make dhokla-sized balls of this dough and boil them.
- After cooking, cut it with the help of a chopper. – Take oil in a pan for frying, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli, sweet neem leaves. – Then add chopped dhokla and mix it.
