Methi Thepla Recipe: Methi Thepla is a traditional Gujarati dish. Which is made by adding green fenugreek, wheat flour and necessary spices. Fenugreek bundle can be eaten any time in winter. So let’s make Methi Thepla or Methi Paratha.
Ingredients to make Methi Thepa:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup green fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Try 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- oil as required
- water as required
How to make fenugreek bag
- Wash green fenugreek thoroughly and chop it finely.
- – Now take wheat flour in a big bowl. Mix salt, parsley, turmeric, coriander powder and chopped fenugreek. If you want, you can also add curd. Apart from this, you can also add finely chopped coriander and ginger chilli paste in it.
- – Now add oil and water and knead the dough. Keep the dough for 10-15 minutes.
- Make small rotis of the dough. – Then roll it like roti.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the bagels in this from both sides.
- Your Methi Thepla is ready, serve it with tea, curd, chutney, tomato sauce or vegetable.
