Ingredients for making Methi Leelawani Bhaji
- 1 cup chopped fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup gram flour
- a little chopped green garlic
- chopped coriander
- salt to taste

- 2 green chillies finely chopped

How to make Methi Leelawani Bhajiya
- – Wash fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Chop chilli and garlic finely.
Add gram flour, salt, turmeric, parsley in a big vessel and mix. Then prepare the batter by adding water to it.
– Now add chopped fenugreek, coriander, garlic and green chilli. – After mixing everything well, finally add baking soda and lemon juice and mix.
– Now heat oil to fry the pakodas. – After the oil is well heated, fry the pakodas. Take it out after it is completely cooked. So your Methi Leelawani Bhajiya is ready for the winter season.
