How to make fenugreek laddus
- – Add one spoon ghee in the pan. – Then fry the gram flour. Bake for 5 minutes. – Then take it out in a big bowl.
- Then add wheat flour to the pan and fry it. Then add half spoon ghee in it and fry for three minutes. – Then take it out in the same bowl.
- Then fry the urad flour and take it out in a bowl.
- Then add fenugreek flour, half spoon saffron powder, half spoon ginger powder, two spoons lard powder, half bowl copra powder and mix everything well.
- – Now add one spoon of ghee in the pan and make gum powder and add it to the pan. After the gum is cooked, add it to the mixture also. Then add some chopped poppy seeds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Mix everything well.
- – Now take half a bowl of ghee in a pan and add jaggery in it. Cook until the jaggery melts. Then add jaggery and ghee to the mixture and mix well. – After cooling for 5 minutes, make laddus. Your Methi Kalchi is ready.
