Meteorological Department expressed the possibility of rain with thunderstorm for the next five days

IMD rain alert : There is a possibility of rain, storm and storm in many states across the country including Uttar Pradesh. This is expected to provide relief from the heat. But heat wave is likely to continue in Rajasthan and Western Madhya Pradesh between May 8 and 10. Whereas the southern states will get relief from the heat wave. It may rain in many states of Eastern and Southern India till May 11.

Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, heat wave conditions were observed in Tamil Nadu and Telangana. It rained in Tamil Nadu, Maritime Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rayalaseema. Therefore, there will be rain in East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, North-Eastern Uttar Pradesh. In the last few days, the highest temperature was recorded in Barmer in western Rajasthan, which was 45.2 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, there will be light to moderate rain in West Bengal, Sikkim between May 8-11, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha between May 8-12. There is a possibility of rain and thunderstorm in East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh between May 8-13. Therefore, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura will receive rain for the next seven days. So, there is a possibility of storm in the area of ​​Eastern Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha on 8th and 9th May.

Talking about South Indian states, light to moderate rain is expected in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Andhra Pradesh, Yaman, Rayalaseema, Telangana between May 8-12. Warning of storm and lightning has been issued. So tomorrow (May 9) a new western disturbance is going to enter North-West India, due to which the weather will change at many places.

The Meteorological Department said that there will be light to moderate rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh between May 9-12. There will be storm in Uttarakhand in the next five days. So there will be light rain in Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Rajasthan till 10-12 May and in Uttar Pradesh till 12 May. Apart from this, there is a possibility of thunderstorm in Eastern Uttar Pradesh on 8-12 May, Western Uttar Pradesh on 11 May, Haryana, Western Rajasthan on 10-12 May and Eastern Rajasthan on 10 May.
