In the free health camp organized under the joint aegis of Bharat Vikas Parishad and Bihar Territorial Marwari Conference on Saturday at the Shri Satyanarayan Marwari Panchayati Temple complex located in Raxaul city of the district, doctors who arrived from Jai Prabha Medanta Super Specialty Hospital, Patna, conducted health checkups of hundreds of people.
The camp was inaugurated by jointly lighting the lamp by Kailash Chandra Kabra, Secretary of Marwari Panchayati Mandir, Abhimanyu Kaushik of Medanta Hospital and Dr. Rajendra Prasad Singh, President of Bharat Vikas Parishad.
Council's service coordinator Yogendra Prasad and program coordinator Sunil Kumar said that the council organized a health camp under the basic concept of Nar Seva Narayan Seva. In the camp, orthopedic specialist of Medanta Hospital, Dr. Subodh Kumar, Dr. Bhagyamani Stomach and Intestine Specialist and Dr. Deepnarayan Singh General Physician rendered their successful services. In the camp, health check-up of more than two hundred people was done and they were given proper counseling and free medicines.
