Memories of Chhote Babu shared in his tribute meeting

Patna, 14, October (His). A tribute meeting was organized today in the Sangh office Vijay Niketan in the memory of Vishwa Samvad Kendra President and social worker Shriprakash Narayan Singh Upakhya Chhote Babu. On this occasion, many famous people from politics, social service, education, journalism, industry and members of the organization paid emotional tribute to him.

Expressing his tribute to Chhote Babu, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's field executive Dr. Mohan Singh said that Chhote Babu successfully carried forward the legacy of the Sangh. His respected father Babuji was made a volunteer of the Sangh by the founder of the Sangh, Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and was given the responsibility of Sanghchalak. Babuji successfully fulfilled that responsibility for a long time and was instrumental in expanding the Sangh work throughout Bihar and Jharkhand. Chhote Babu also did Sangh work with the same dedication and devotion. He also guided the activities of the World Dialogue Center for 25 years. Whereas Sangh's field campaigner Ram Navami Prasad ji described him as a dedicated volunteer.

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that his family remained in touch with Chhote Babu's family since the time of his father Shakuni Chaudhary. Health and Agriculture Minister Mangal Pandey described Chhote Babu as the owner of a big personality. Bihar Assembly Speaker Nandkishore Yadav shared the service work done by Chhote Babu's father Krishnavallabh Narayan Singh Upakhya Babuji and later his close relationship with Chhote Babu. Bihar BJP Organization Minister Bhikhubhai Dalsania said that from the first Sarsanghchalak of the Sangh to the present Sarsanghchalak visited Chhote Babu's house. Apart from this, people from different sections of the society like Atalji, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay, Raj Kapoor were welcomed in Chhote Babu's house. This shows how dedicated his family has been to national service.

Recalling the days spent by Chhote Babu, former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey said that he used to take care of every employee of his establishment and every worker of the organization like his own family. It was on the insistence of his father Babua ji that he watched a film for the first time in Ashok Cinema.

BPSC member Prof. Arun Bhagat appreciated the dedication of Chhote Babu's family. He also expressed the need to bring out a souvenir related to Chhote Babu's memoir. Chhote Babu's son Jyoti Prakash Narayan Singh and nephew Anand Prakash Narayan Singh shared many memories related to Chhote Babu.

Apart from this, representatives of many organizations like Seva Bharti, Vidya Bharti, Ganga Samagra also paid tribute. Dr. Sanjeev Chaurasia, Secretary of World Dialogue Center, staged the program.
