Memorial tribute meeting organized on the death anniversary of socialist leader Bhupendra Narayan Mandal

Saharsa, May 29 (HS). On the death anniversary of the prominent socialist leader Bhupendra Narayan Mandal, a memorial tribute meeting was organized in MLT College on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the college principal Prof. Dr. Pawan Kumar. In the program, the principal and all the teachers and non-teaching staff present garlanded the picture of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal.

Addressing the program, the Principal recalled the unforgettable contribution of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal in political and social life. He discussed many aspects of Bhupendra Babu's life and emphasized the need to learn from his life. Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh, the college's Arthapal cum History Department Head, paid tribute to Bhupendra Babu as a freedom fighter. Dr. Mayank Bhargava recalled Bhupendra Babu's contribution in the field of education.

IQAC Convenor and Professor of Political Science, Dr Abhishek Nath, highlighted the important aspects of the speeches delivered by Bhupendra Babu in the House as a Member of Parliament. Dr Vivek Kumar paid tribute to his great personality as a pioneer of socialism.
