During their patrolling with the tribals, the police personnel carried out acts like murder and rape of innocent unarmed tribals by opening fire in Peediya, Hitawar and other places. Those police personnel should be investigated and if found guilty, punitive action should be taken and in future, if anyone, male or female, comes under suspicion, they should not be killed by the police personnel. Should be caught and presented before the public in the village. So that right and wrong can be identified. Thereafter action should be taken.

A grand college building in the name of Punem Donda Pedda should be constructed and operated in Gangalur village of the district.

NMDC in the district. Due to iron mining by Bacheli Complex, the farming land of the farmers of the villages has been affected by red water. The compensation assistance amount given to them is NMDC. To get Aadhaar card, bank account should be created immediately within 7 days.

Similarly, tendu leaves are being sold by collectors in the district since then. Since then, the outstanding bonus amount to Tendupatta collectors has not been given to many collectors. They should be paid the bonus amount immediately. A memorandum has been submitted to the Collector regarding the above demands.

In the memorandum submitted, it was said that in Bijapur district, the lifestyle of the entire tribals of the district has gone into darkness (hell) since the time of Salwa Judum. In a two-sided fight between the Maoists on one side and the police on the other, the tribals living in remote forest villages are living their lives secretly. These villagers do not have any proof of citizenship of the country or the district. Because houses have been set on fire in the Salwa Judum fight. After getting respite from the terror of massacres for the last few years, the rural tribals, assessing their human needs, are knocking on the doors of development regarding basic facilities.
