Araria, July 15 (HS). A special meeting was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Arun Singh in the historic Mir Kachhari Imambara complex located in Bhagkohliya Panchayat of Forbesganj, to celebrate the Muharram festival in a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
People from both communities participated in the meeting and several decisions were taken to maintain peace and communal harmony. Arun Singh, who was presiding over the meeting, said that both communities are two wheels of a vehicle, which have always moved together and will continue to do so in future. Therefore, no such act should be done which becomes a bad stain. Head representative of Bhagkohliya Panchayat Mohammad Riyaz Ahmed said that the responsibility of conducting a peaceful festival rests on the shoulders of the youth. Muharram Committee President Dilshad Ahmed said that our warriors who will come to the premises of Mir Kachhari on the ninth day will be taken care of respectfully. Mir Kachhari President Syed Abid Hussain alias Guddu Ali said that people from all communities come here for darshan, which shows mutual brotherhood. In the meeting, issues ranging from law and order, light, sound system to cleanliness were discussed.
Arun Singh, Riyaz Ahmed, Dilshad Ahmed, Syed Abid Hussain alias Guddu Ali, Mohd. Alauddin, Mohd. Budan, Syed Anwar Hussain, Murshid Alam, Sadiq Hussain, Mohd. Shahrukh, Syed Kazim Hussain, Samar Hussain, Shamim Haider, Mohd. Mustakim, Mohd. Azad etc. were present in the meeting.
