‘Maybe it will come on Christmas…’: Dinesh Vijan reveals the release date of ‘Stree 3’, will enter theaters after Mahavatar

These days, there are tremendous discussions going on in the corridors of Bollywood regarding their upcoming films and their release dates. Rajkummar Rao is very busy these days in the promotion of his film ‘Prahar’. Meanwhile, Maddock Films founder and well-known producer Dinesh Vijan has further increased the curiosity of the fans and has shared a big update regarding the release of the biggest franchise of the horror-comedy universe ‘Stree 3’, hearing which the fans are happy.

Recently, during a program, the film makers talked openly about the plans of their upcoming films. Dinesh Vijan, who has achieved a new milestone in the horror-comedy genre with director Amar Kaushik, told when the third part of ‘Stree’ will be released in theatres.

Both the first and second parts of the film ‘Stree’ received unprecedented love from the audience, and created many new earning records at the box office. Now everyone is eagerly waiting for its third part i.e. ‘Stree 3’. Producer Dinesh Vijan, while revealing the release timeline of this film, said that this much awaited third installment will be released in the year 2028.

Talking about the upcoming projects of the film’s director Amar Kaushik, Dinesh Vijan clarified that Amar Kaushik is the most important and strong part of ‘Stree’ and this entire horror franchise. He further informed that Amar Kaushik will start work on one of the most ambitious films till date of Maddock Films in the end of January, which is ‘Mahavtar’ based on the life of Lord Parshuram.

According to the producer, Amar Kaushik is expected to direct the film ‘Mahavatar’ and complete the remaining work by June 2027. Soon after the work on this big mythological film is over, he will concentrate completely on the production and shooting of ‘Stree 3’.

Discussing the release timeline, Dinesh Vijan said, “So, ‘Stree 3’ will release in the year 2028, probably around Christmas or Independence Day.” However, he clearly refused to share more information about the film’s story or star cast, but he definitely promised the audience that this time there will be many big and surprising surprises for the fans in the film.
