‘Very heavy’ rain forecast in these 4 states/regions
Apart from Gujarat, IMD has warned of torrential rain in four other major states and coastal areas:

Konkan and Goa: Intermittent heavy to very heavy rains will continue in coastal Maharashtra and Goa.

Central Maharashtra: There is forecast of heavy rain in the Ghats and hilly areas.

Odisha: Many districts of the state may experience torrential rains accompanied by thunder and lightning.
Heavy rain alert in these 20 states including Delhi, Bihar
On July 25, heavy rain will be recorded at different places in more than 20 states and union territories of the country:

North and North-West India: There is an alert of heavy rain in the hilly states like Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand as well as in the plains of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi NCR.

East India: There will be heavy rain in Bihar, Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal.

Northeast India: There are chances of heavy rains with cloud movement in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

South India: Heavy rain warning has been issued in the districts of Kerala, Mahe, Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Along with rain, IMD has issued warnings of lightning and strong winds in several states:

Winds at speed 30-50 KM/H: Andaman-Nicobar, Gangetic West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema, Karnataka and Bihar may experience storm winds with a speed of 40 to 50 km per hour.

Lightning strike warning: There is a danger of lightning in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana and North-Eastern states, hence it has been advised to avoid going to open places.
