Former child actor who played megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s childhood character in blockbuster film ‘Naseeb’ Inderjeet Singhwhom the world knew as ‘Master Laddu’, is no more with us. Police investigation has revealed that he was murdered by three people together as part of a conspiracy.
From the film screen to the dreadful end of real life
Master Laddu i.e. Inderjeet Singh was a famous child artist of the 80s. He played the character of young Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Naseeb’ (1981) so well that he became a household name overnight. Although he was living an ordinary life after leaving the world of acting, no one thought that the end of his life would be so violent.
What was the reason for the murder?
According to police sources, there could be some old enmity or property dispute behind the murder of Inderjit Singh. Initial investigation has revealed that:
Three attackers: Three men attacked him when he was alone.
Plot: The accused had already done recce of him and were keeping an eye on his movement time.
Arrest: Showing promptness, the police have taken the main accused into custody and they are being interrogated strictly.

Many old artists of the industry have expressed deep sorrow over this incident.
Police action and demand for justice
The local police has registered an FIR in this case and the forensic team has collected many important evidences from the incident site. There is a demand for strictest punishment against the accused. It is difficult for Inderjeet Singh’s family and his childhood friends to believe that the cheerful natured ‘Laddoo’ is no more in this world.
