Massive fire in a showroom in Bengaluru, more than 50 vehicles burnt to ashes

Fire in two wheeler showroom in Bengaluru : A fire broke out yesterday at a bike showroom near Mahadevapura in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in which at least 50 two-wheelers were gutted. According to the police, the fire broke out due to short circuit in the showroom. After getting information about the incident, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Officials said the showroom was closed when the fire broke out late last night. Local residents saw smoke coming from the building and immediately called the police and fire brigade.

Earlier there was a fire in the EV showroom

Earlier in November-2024, a massive fire broke out in an electric bike showroom on Dr.Rajkumar Road near Navrang Bar Junction, Bengaluru. A 20-year-old woman died and another person was injured in the accident. According to the report, the deceased woman named Priya was working as an accountant in MY EV. Priya was about to celebrate her 21st birthday on 20th November. The incident took place near Rajarajeshwari Nagar Police Station. According to senior fire and emergency officials, the fire broke out when the battery of the EV scooter exploded during charging and spread throughout the showroom. Meanwhile, 45 electric vehicles were also burnt.
