On New Year's Day i.e. Saturday evening, a massive fire broke out in a plastic and paper warehouse in Alipore area of the national capital Delhi. The fire was so severe that smoke could be seen from a distance.
30 fire brigade vehicles at the spot
A Delhi Fire Brigade official said that a fire broke out in a warehouse in Phirni area of Alipur at around 4 am, after which 30 fire brigade vehicles were sent to the spot. He said that the work of extinguishing the fire is going on and till now there is no news of any casualty.
