Seven whole onions

A teaspoon of tamarind
A teaspoon of coriander
A teaspoon of fennel
A teaspoon of dried coriander

10 sweet neem leaves

How to make Marwar's famous onion, garlic and chilli chutney
Peel the top part of the onion and boil it.
Cut the front stalk of Kashmiri chilli and soak it in hot water. – Soak tamarind in another bowl.
– Roast coriander, cumin and fennel in a pan. Then when it cools down, grind it in a mixer.
– Add red Kashmiri chilli, 10 garlic cloves and sweet neem leaves in a mixer jar, then remove the tamarind seeds and crush it.
– Now take out the onion in a bowl and mash it.
– Now take four spoons of oil in a pan. – Then add one spoon of urad dal, one spoon of cumin, garlic, mustard and cook. – Then add sweet neem leaves and then add the chilli mixture of the mixer here. Add some water and let it cook. Add mashed onion here. You can add salt as per taste. – Then add ground coriander, cumin and fennel here. Mix and let it cook for 4 minutes.
