Firozabad, 09 March (HS). A married woman died under suspicious circumstances on Saturday in Police Station Eka area. Police have sent the body to the district hospital for post-mortem.
Madhu (21), a resident of village Umedpur of police station Eka area, died due to hanging under suspicious circumstances on Saturday. When Madhu was not found for a long time, the family members were surprised. When the family tried to go to his room, the door was locked from inside. When the family broke the door, they saw that the married woman was hanging from the noose. On receiving information about the matter, police reached the spot. As soon as the information was received, people from the maternal side also came from village Milawali in Kotwali village of Etah district. No one was ready to conduct post-mortem. After persuasion by the police, the family agreed to conduct the post-mortem. The police sent the body to the district hospital.
The deceased's uncle Devendra Singh told that Madhu was married three months ago in December. She was very happy at her in-laws' house; her husband Shashi Yadav drives a truck outside. The in-laws told that there was a conversation between the husband and wife on mobile on Saturday. After this the wife went upstairs and committed suicide by hanging herself with her saree.
SO Shivbhan Rajawat said that the body has been sent to the district hospital for post-mortem. No complaint has been received yet.
