Bridge collapse in China: After the collapse of 12 bridges one after the other in Bihar, now such news has come from abroad. A major disaster has struck China's Shanxi province. At least 11 people have died due to the partial collapse of a bridge on the national highway here. However, more than 30 people are still missing. Therefore, the death toll may increase.

The bridge collapsed while vehicular traffic was still moving

According to the information, people present at the spot said that while vehicles were moving, a part of this bridge collapsed, due to which many vehicles fell directly into the river. Due to which a large number of people lost their lives. The injured people were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Explanation of bridge collapse after heavy rain

Chinese officials said on Saturday that the bridge is located in Zhashui county of Shengul city. A part of the bridge collapsed due to heavy rains and flash floods on Friday evening. 11 people have been confirmed dead and more than 30 people are still missing. Five vehicles have been recovered from the bridge and rescue operations are still underway. President Xi Jinping instructed to make every effort to save life and property after the bridge collapse.
