Many people including Vice Chancellor, former MLA met the Governor and submitted a memorandum

Ranchi, July 16 (HS). On Tuesday, Ranchi's Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University's Vice Chancellor Dr. Tapan Kumar Shandilya and many others met Governor CP Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan. The Vice Chancellor apprised the Governor about the academic and administrative activities of the university.

On the other hand, a delegation of Yuva Ajsu met the Governor at Raj Bhavan and submitted a memorandum related to various subjects. Through the memorandum, it was requested to take initiative to fill the vacant posts in the state. The delegation also drew the attention of the Governor regarding the problems faced by students due to lack of postgraduate trained teachers, irregularities in competitive exams and lack of intermediate education in various colleges. Apart from this, it was requested to build new hostels and libraries.

Similarly, a delegation led by former Jharkhand Assembly member Gangotri Kujur met the Governor at Raj Bhavan and urged him to direct to start enrollment of students in Intermediate in the affiliated colleges of Ranchi University, Ranchi.

Apart from this, a delegation of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (Jharkhand State) met the Governor under the leadership of State President Shashank Raj and drew attention towards the irregularities in the JSSC-PGT examination held in the state and demanded an inquiry into it.
