These leaders got membership of the party at the state headquarters of the party in front of Bharatiya Janata Party state president Bhupendra Singh Choudhary, state deputy chief minister Brijesh Pathak, former state president and cabinet minister Swatantra Dev Singh.
Former Minister of State Achhe Lal Nishad (Banda), former Minister of State and former MLA of BSP Siddh Gopal Sahu (Mahoba), former MLC of SP and former Lok Sabha candidate Shyam Sundar Singh (Jhansi), former MLA of BSP and former assembly candidate of SP Madhusudhan. Sharma (Agra), former teacher area MLC candidate from Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association Mahendra Nath Rai (Lucknow) and former BSP MLA Dr. Hafiz Irshad (Azamgarh) joined BJP.
