In the presence of party national secretary Rajendra Choudhary, former state president of Youth Brigade Mohammad Ebad along with former BSP officials met party president Akhilesh Yadav and assured the victory of Samajwadi Party candidate Ravidas Mehrotra in the Lok Sabha elections.
Chief spokesperson said that the prominent leaders who left BSP and joined SP include Hanuman Prasad Gautam, former divisional president, Kailash Gautam, former sector president, Kishore Bahelia, former sector president, Madeyganj, Sanju Gautam, former sector president, Hussainabad, Surendra Kumar Gautam, former sector in-charge, Hussainabad.
