How to make Mango Shrikhand-
Material
- 2 cups thick curd
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 4-5 cashews (finely chopped)
- 10-12 raisins
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnishing)

- – First of all wash and peel the mango and chop it finely. – Then grind the mango pieces in a blender and prepare its paste.
- – Now take 2 cups of curd in a mixing bowl and beat it well. – Now add mango paste to it. After this, add sugar and cardamom powder as per taste and mix it well.
- – Now add cashews and raisins to Shrikhand and mix again. – Now keep it in the fridge to cool for 1-2 hours.
- Take it out after it cools down. Your Mango Shrikhand is ready. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
