Mandsaur: On the seventh day of Chaitra Navratri, crowd of devotees gathered in the temple of Nalchha Mata, events will be organized on Maha Ashtami

Mandsaur, 15 April (HS). Chaitra Navratri festival is being celebrated in Nalchha Mata temple of the city. Saptami was celebrated on Monday. Special worship and havan of the temple mother will be organized on Ashtami. Dussehra will be celebrated on Thursday. Mother was beautifully decorated on Monday morning. Hundreds of devotees reached the morning aarti.

On the Panchami day of Navratri, Nalchha Mata is adorned with silver ornaments. The mother is adorned with 15 kg 500 grams silver jewellery. On Panchami, jewelery is brought from the treasury, after which the goddess is adorned. One or four guards are deployed for security.

Mata Nalchha and Bhairav ​​Nath together

There is a temple of Mata Harisiddhi in Nalchha village of Mandsaur. Devotees call Mother by the name Nalchha Mata. The real name of Mata is Harisiddhi but due to the name of the village being Nalchha, devotees call Mata as Nalchha Mata.

The special thing about this 800 years old temple is that Mata Harsiddhi and Bhairav ​​Nath are seated together on the same throne in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. A large number of devotees arrive during Navratri days.
