The complainants alleged that without visiting the district hospital 4 to 5 times, their birth and death certificates were not being made and MLA Vipin Jain was receiving complaints like absence of employees, office closure every day. After this, MLA Vipin Jain had written a letter to the District Collector and Chief Medical and Health Officer, Mandsaur, informing them that many complaints were being received from the area regarding the preparation of birth and death certificates.
For resolution, Jain gave suggestions on setting up two counters for birth and death certificates, increasing the number of employees, list of working employees, mobile number, office timings, afternoon break time, full time leave, mobile number of the concerned officer, room number. Information about the facilities to be availed and details of the documents to be attached with the certificate etc. was asked to be posted on the board outside the office, which has been implemented and now all the facilities are being made available on time along with two counters. , the same birth certificate beneficiaries Will be made available on the bed at the time of discharge.
