Jalpaiguri, March 03 (Hindustan Reporter) One person has died after being hit by a train. The accident took place on Sunday afternoon in Sahudangi area of Rajganj block of the district. Till the time of writing the news, the deceased has not been identified.
According to local sources, a person was crossing the railway line on a bicycle from under the railway over bridge in Sahudangi area. Then the person got hit by the train and died on the spot. Due to which he died on the spot. After the incident, railway police arrived and recovered the body and sent it for postmortem. Railway Police is busy in identifying the deceased person.
