Ramgarh, 23 November (Hindustan Reporter). Congress candidate Mamta Devi from Ramgarh Assembly seat has turned the tables in the 18th round. He has defeated AJSU candidate Sunita Chaudhary by 1060 votes. When the counting of votes started, AJSU candidate Sunita Choudhary was continuously leading. There came a time when she was leading by 13000 votes.

Gradually, when the EVMs of Mamata Devi’s stronghold opened, this margin started decreasing. Finally, after reaching the rural area of ​​Gola block, Mamta Devi defeated Ajsu today. In the 18th round, Mamta Devi has got a total of 77601 votes while AJSU candidate Sunita Chaudhary has got 76541 votes. Jai Ram Mahato’s party JLKM has played a big role in this rise of Mamata Devi. JLKM candidate Paneshwar Kumar has got 7638 votes till the 18th round.

In the 19th round, Mamta Devi has got a lead of 3051 votes. In this he got a total of 81786 votes while his nearest rival Sunita Chaudhary got 78735 votes. In this round, jail candidate Paneshwar Kumar has got 65294 votes.
