Currently, the actor has been kept on ventilator due to stomach related illness. Today, on October 9, at the age of 88, he said goodbye to this world. Madhavan started his film career after 40 years and worked in more than 600 Malayalam films. He was the first general secretary of the Malayalam Film Actors Association, AMMA.
