Make your day special with Tomato Garlic Pasta, note down the recipe!

Children love pasta. They become happy as soon as they hear its name. Tomato garlic pasta made from tomatoes and garlic is very tasty. You too must try making it once.

Material ,

500 grams pasta

1/2 kilogram cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

8-10 garlic cloves

4-5 cloves

1/2 cup chopped coriander

8-10 basil leaves

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

salt as per taste

First of all, boil water in a pan on medium flame.

Add a pinch of salt and then add the pasta.

When the water starts boiling and the pasta is cooked well, turn off the flame and separate the pasta from the water and keep it in a vessel.

Then take cherry tomatoes, wash them and wipe them dry with a clean cloth. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Now take garlic cloves and chop them finely. Then take Parmesan cheese and grate it in a bowl.

Chop coriander leaves finely.

After this, take a non-stick pan and add some oil in it and keep it on medium flame.

When the oil becomes hot, add chopped tomatoes to it and cook until soft. It will take about 4-5 minutes for the tomatoes to become soft.

When the tomatoes become soft, add finely chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.

Mix black pepper powder, chopped coriander and salt as per taste with tomatoes.

Cook until tomatoes are well mashed. Then add cooked pasta and mix well with tomato gravy.

If the tomato gravy seems dry while cooking, you can add some water to it.

Then add cloves and mix it with pasta. After cooking for some time, turn off the flame and remove the pan from the flame.

Tomato garlic pasta is ready.

Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with grated cheese and basil leaves.
