Dry fruits are incredibly beneficial for our body and eating them in any form is always a good idea. Laddus made from dry fruits provide tremendous energy to the body. By consuming these laddus in the morning, you can remain energetic throughout the day. You can include this sweet dish in your breakfast routine. These laddus are very easy to make and can be stored in an airtight container for several days. So let's know about its recipe.
Material:
Dates (seedless) – 1 cup
Raisins – 3-4 tbsp
Cashews – 1/2 cup
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Pistachios – 1/2 cup
Cardamom – 1/2 tsp
Desi Ghee – 1 tablespoon

-Start by selecting high-quality dates, remove the seeds, and separate them from the outer skin.
-Put the dates in a blender and blend well until you get a smooth paste.
-Take out the date powder in a bowl and keep it aside.
– Now take cashews, pistachios and almonds and cut them into small pieces. Be careful not to create a powder; You just have to chop them finely.
– Heat desi ghee in a pan on medium flame. When ghee melts, add all the dry fruits (cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, raisins) and fry for a few minutes.
-After frying for 3-4 minutes, when the color of the dry fruits starts changing, add prepared dates powder to it and mix well with the help of a spatula.
– Keep cooking the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously.
-When the mixture becomes thick, add cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep cooking until the dates leave ghee.
– Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
-When the mixture becomes a little hot, take some portions of it in your hands and shape them into laddus. Keep them in a plate.
– After some time, when the laddus are set, serve them.
