Churma Laddu Recipe
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup powdered jaggery or sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Half a cup of almonds and cashews
- half a cup of hot milk
How to make Churma Laddu ,
- Take a large bowl. Add wheat and half cup ghee and stir evenly.
- – Then add water to it and knead the dough.
- – Now make small balls of dough.
- – Heat ghee in a pan
- Fry the dough balls on medium flame till they turn golden brown
- – Take out the fried balls on paper and let them cool
- When it cools down, cut it into small pieces and add it to the mixture to make Churumu.
- Take out the churma in a big bowl. Mix jaggery and sugar, cardamom powder, grated coconut and dry fruits.
- Add hot milk to this mixture slowly. And mix it well.
- -Apply ghee on your hands and give the churma the shape of a ladle.
- Let the ladle set for a few hours before adding the ganeji.
Chana Dal Prasad Recipe:
- 1 cup Bengal gram lentils
- half cup jaggery
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 3 cups water
How To Make Chana Dal Prasad:
- – Wash gram lentils and soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
- – Cook the lentils on gas with 3 cups of water. Be careful that the lentils do not get cooked completely
- Stir the jaggery with water in a pan over low flame till it forms a mixture.
- Filter the jaggery syrup.
- Add the cooked lentils to the jaggery syrup and mix evenly.
- Now cook on low flame till the lentils absorb the jaggery and the mixture thickens a little.
- – Now add ghee, cardamom powder and grated coconut for taste.
- Serve hot to please Lord Ganesha.
