- 2 cups sweet corn
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated carrots
- 4 tablespoons chopped capsicum
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 4 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- Oil for frying
How to make Cheesy Corn Cutlet
- To make Paneer Corn Cutlet, first grind the sweet corn in a mixer.
- Then take out the sweet corn in a large bowl. Add carrots, capsicum, onion and green coriander.
- – Now add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to it.
- – Now add 2 potatoes and grated cheese and mix well.
- Add bread crumbs and corn flour. – Then mix well and knead soft dough.
- – Grease your hands with oil and give it the shape of a cutlet.
- Fry the cutlets in hot oil on medium flame till they become golden brown and crispy.
- Take out the cutlets on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
