Make tasty Dal Vada like the market at home, note this easy recipe

Ingredients for making Dalvad:
Demand lentils,
Green chilly,
Ginger,
Salt,
Asafoetida,
black pepper,
Coriander,
Oil,
Onion.

How to make a mold

step 1
Firstly, wash the sprouted moong in a bowl and soak it in water for 6 hours.

Step-2
Now mash the lentils with your hands and take them out of the water and keep them in a vessel.

Step-3 –
Now put Magdal, green chillies, ginger pieces in the mixer jar and grind it.

Step-4 –
Now add salt, asafoetida, black pepper powder, chopped coriander and mix well. – Now heat oil in a pan and add dalwada to the prepared mixture and fry it and serve hot with chopped onions.
