Chapati – 12
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 6
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
salt to taste

Here's how to make it
To make masala bread roll, heat oil in a pan and fry all the spices in it. – After this, let the mixture cool down a bit and make small rolls. – Now cut the bread from the edge and dip it in water and take it out immediately. Press the bread with the palm to remove excess water. – Now put a potato ball in it and make a roll. Make the rest of the bread rolls in the same way.
– Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the bread rolls till they turn golden. – Place it on a plate and remove excess oil with a napkin. Now serve it with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
