- 1 large onion finely chopped

- 1 tbsp mustard oil or refined

- 2 green chillies
- 1 whole red chilli
- quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
- quarter teaspoon red chili powder
- quarter spoon coriander powder

- half lemon
- salt to taste
