- Bengal gram lentil,

- Toor lentil,

- Chilli-ginger-garlic paste,
- Curd,
- Water,
- baking soda,
- Oil,
- Salt,
- Rye,
- Cumin,
- mole,
- green coriander,
- large neem leaves
How to make Khatta Dhokla
step 1
Firstly, soak rice and all pulses in water overnight or for 8 hours.
Step-2 –
Now grind curd and water in a mixer and prepare halwa. Soak the Pawan and grind it.
Step-3
Now mix it well and cover it and leave it to rise for 6 hours. – Then add chilli-ginger-garlic paste, salt, baking soda, you can also add chopped vegetables to it. You can add carrots, capsicum, fenugreek. So that your vegetables become dhokla.
Step-4 –
Now apply oil on a plate and heat some water in the dhokli.
Step-5 –
Now apply oil on a plate, pour the batter, sprinkle cumin seeds and red chili powder on top, put in the dhokli and steam it. – Now take it out and cut it into pieces with a knife. Then change the oil. Khatta Dhokla is ready, serve it.
