- Mendo,
- arrowroot,
- baking powder,
- Turmeric ,
- Curd,
- Water,
- Sugar,
- Saffron,
- Ghee,
- cardamom powder,
- Lemon juice.
how to make jalebi
Phase 1
Add fenugreek, arrowroot, baking powder, turmeric and curd in a bowl.
Step-2
Now add water as required and make a paste. – Then cover the bowl of batter and leave it to ferment for 24 hours.
Step-3
Now smooth the batter well with a spoon and fill the batter in the sauce boat.
Step-4 –
Now heat oil in a pan and make round jalebis in it.
Step-5 –
Now add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder in a pan and boil it for some time to make syrup.
Step-6
Now soak the fried jalebis in this syrup for some time and then serve.
