Ingredients for making semolina panjiri
- 1/2 kg semolina
- 200 gms ghee
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup coconut powder
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 kg powdered sugar
- 50 gms finely chopped dry fruits
How to make Semolina Panjiri
- – First of all, roast all the dry fruits in a pan and separate them.
- – Now add semolina in a pan and fry it well on low flame.
- Take out the roasted semolina in a plate and let it cool.
- – Add dry fruits and powdered sugar to it.
- Semolina panjiri is ready, add basil leaves to it and offer the prasad to Kanha.
